Hey Im doing just the opposite thing... going back to the small town living...this mid-size city stuff is ghetto... good luck to anyone that WANTS to be here...
looked at 4 houses today for rent... 2 I applied for renting and both called me back within hours of filling out the paperwork...now I have to decide between
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single garage, 1/2 acre that is very private with nobody on 3 sides of the place, just big trees and bushes
or
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garage, 50x110 fenced back yard, track field behind it, firehall to the right, so kinda private, but its on a somewhat busy street (5 cars a minute constant)
both places are within $20 for rent and both are brand new...So to sacrifice the huge private yard I get an extra bedroom and a double garage instead of a single...thats the one thats $20 cheaper too...plus the owner was easier to feel comfortable with...but the other owner lives an hour away and would never bother me...while the first owner just lives a couple blocks away
what to do what to do...actually I think the double garage and extra bedroom will be the one... man its going to be sweet having room for 2 cars indoors and 3 outdoors and room for the cubevan in the back...im going to be like a pig in shet
