All this means is your body is not producing enough Vitamin D since you're plinking at the keyboard instead of being outside.

So put down the keyboard, pick up a crescent wrench, and DO SOMETHING OUTSIDE!

Wear eye protection. Wear fireproof clothing. Use wheel chocks. Disconnect the battery. Rope off the work area. Buy plenty of insurance. Don't run with scissors. Hold the Crescent wrench firmly. Make sure it is properly adjusted. Don't use it to hit people you like. Make sure the area is well ventilated. Insure that proper lighting is in place. Keep both feet (wear sensible shoes,) well planted. Set beer aside before beginning. Clean you glasses. Take a deep breath. Read the instructions paying particular attention to safety precautions. Ask yourself if you are healthy enough for sexual activity(?)
