Is there any other things that I should pay some extra attention too? I am at about 145000 miles. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Josh
We offer our Live Wires with off-the-shelf part numbers OR you can order them from us and have us build each wire to the exact length you want for each cylinder. Also with the specified boot angles.

Does anybody have any experience with these wires? From the website they look to be high quality, and with being an FTE Sponsor, they should be good.

Dont take this like I am doubting your wires, I just want to hear some testimonials.

Thanks for the info.

You can't go wrong with stock motorcraft wires. Advance auto sells them $65 a set. Well worth the money. You'll pay a little more for the brass/bronze distributor cap (usually around $30 for just the cap alone) but it's well worth it. Check the wires every 30k, and replace plugs around every 60k and you should be good. I'd probably pull the throttle body off and clean it up as well.

When you get a chance, check out the install of our Live Wires at:

https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/...d_351W_V8.html

By the way, stock wires have way too much resistance in them to carry the spark efficiently, even when used with a stock coil.
