What is the best programer for the 5.4

I just bought a 2001 F150 supercrew with the 5.4 and I am interested in some bolt on HP/ mpg's what programer it the best and what other bolt ons do you suggest for my truck???

I have been very pleased with my Diablosport Predator. You may also look into electric fans for a little more MPG and HP.

About 14 in town and about 17 or so @ 85mph on the highway.

i have the superchips micro tuner and its great. i am also getting about 14 mpg city and about 17 mpg on highway also. the hardest part is to keep your foot outta it to get that good mileage!
