Maybe I'll make some naan for CSW instead of fry bread or maybe I could do both.

The mulligatawny I made was pretty mild. Maybe I should have used the spicy curry rather than the yellow stuff.

I think the term pepper water describes the after effects of eating spicy curry!

Yeah.. sounds like I should pass on that, then. Eating something like that then bouncing in the Jeep, with no flushing toilets.. Just sounds like living life right on the edge. HAHAHA!!

Spicy water and a Jeep is just speculation. On the other hand, maybe if you were in a Ford you wouldn't experience those symptoms.

I understand its a Jeep thing, but why does it have to burn when I pee?

MMMMMM I love Corned beef, and have no idea how to make it, so I will just buy some at a store already made and call it good.

Last night I couldn't sleep, so got up and made chicken and steak fajitas. Then I had to know if they were good, because I was taking it to work with me today if it was, so I ate one. Then I wanted about 4 more, but wouldn't allow myself to eat more.

Lunch can't get here soon enough.

For corned beef we don't make it from scratch, but just buy the stuff at the grocery with the spices etc. already with it. We just throw it in the roasting pan with some potatoes and cabbage and into the oven it goes. It is hard to mess up. When it is done we just serve it with some good bread and a Guiness. And I'm not even Irish.

I purchased one maybe 23 years ago, and tried to cook it in the oven. the meat had decent flavor, but I must have picked a poor cut of meat, because 75 percent of it was fat. If I ever do it again, I will pay closer attention to it. The small amount of meat I got from it was so greasy, and fatty, that it turned my stomach. Perhaps if I did it again, I would consider cooking it a different way.

They often do have a fair amount of fat. The meat is usually brisket that is cured with the spices.

I had some a day late in my Corned beef hash I had for breakfast on Saturday. It was home made, rather than out of the can. It was really pretty decent.
