Can this be done?
I've got a new '07 F150 XLT Screw that came with a basic single CD/Satellite head unit. I replace it with an 6 CD/Satellite/Audiophile HU and have already mounted and connected a factory subwoofer.
My question is, can I install a new steering wheel audio controls system? Does the complete steering wheel have to be changed or just the switches?

I think that this can be done with an interface between your new system
and your steering wheel controls. Truckin volume 33 no9 has an artical
on trucktronics page 246 that refers to volume 33 no8 on just this subject.
It says that in part one they touched on this exact interface.
Unfortunately I do not have this issue anymore, so maybe somebody on
here could post the artical or the info. It must be june's issue. Maybe its
available on the web.
