Adding some power

2.3L EFI. What would be best in terms of power gains and ease of install, life expectancy etc? Turbo charger, Super charger or build it like a circle track 4cyl.(huge lift cam, lots and lots of fuel, high compression). Just curious.

A circle track type of engine wouldn't be practical on the street, they're built and cammed for high RPM. I think the simplest option is to turbo it. All the engineering has already been done for you and you can find them in turbo T-birds, Mustang SVOs and Murkurs. Just choose whether you want EFI or carbed...
