EGR removal
I installed a 90 5.0L in my 50 F1; in shich I removed the charcol canister and EGR tubing. It runs but what changes or tuning will be required ; ie for idle and highway speeds?

Idle should have no effect. You may have to richen up the part throttle mixture a little if you have any pinging issues. The inert gas from the EGR helps cool the combustion temps some, but if you have no pinging problems, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Is the egr and wire still connected to the intake? If so you can remove it you just have to make a resistor plug that tells the computer that it is closed! It looks super smooth with a block plate and no egr hanging off the side and the wire hidden! What did you do with the charcoal line from the tank?
