I just picked up my 2008 Expy that was ordered about 5 weeks ago. It replaces my '99 Eddie Bauer version with 177,500 miles. My EB has been great, but this new model is fantastic. The shifting is so smooth and overall the finish is great.

Any suggestions from you guys as to how to best care for this vehicle would be appreciated. This site has been extremely helpful in care tips and in obtaining the best price for the new one.

 

my wifes 08 expy is black so i went with the black bug deflector on the front. imo it definately cuts down on chips.i went from pa. to disney and back not 1 chip. chuck

 

oh dont forget mudflaps. and i purchaseda thig called xzilon molecular adhesion to protect paint,carpet, fabric from sun acid rain chemical fallout (seriously it says that in the pamphlet) it was offered by the dealer and at like 250 it sounded good. google xzilon or ask ur dealer. thats all i have for now....oh ever think about the deflectors around the windows? my buddies driver door window track and motor guts were all rusted from water dripping in when it rained and he cracked the window. something to think about. chuck

 

I would treat all plastic/rubber with 303 protectant. It is not cheap but works very well.

where did you get your deflector? already picked up my '08... so too late to order with truck
