IF you have about 30k, and you want a fast truck, look at the new Lighning. It has 360hp supercharged 5.4L. It is the fastest production truck today.

I believe the block is the same but the intake, exhaust manifolds and the pcm(computer)
are different. I do know for a fact that the acc.
mounting and serpentine belt routing are different.
I am extremely happy with my 150. I have spent
about 440 dollars on a K/N intake kit,custom dual
exhausts and a B/M electronic shift improver. These
relatively inexpensive additions have really improved the fun factor of the truck. I plan to
add a super chip or a reprogrammer soon, along with
a throttle body spacer. I've looked into a set of headers, but they almost cost as much to have put on
as they cost. good luck with the decision. It's a
tough one.
