redesigned intercooler tube pics

i wasnt happy with my old turbo tubes, they were rubbing in several spots and it needed attention so i figured while i redid my air filter and performed the ccv mod i may as well do them too, heres the finished product

no problem, all parts are from ford, mostly 6.0 cold side tubes cut and fitted, the hotside is a sd 7.3 hot side tube with a 6.0 extension, if the wifey doesnt kill me tomarrow will be the 08 diff cover install and i'll take pics of the 10.5 sd carrier in my 10.25 rear. i also hope to do the map sensor reroute as well

Nice job loks very nice. I believe I am going to hire you to make mine when I do it. LOL Now I see you did replace the CCV housng in the mod. your under hood looks very nice and clean and detailed. You can tell you do good work. Where do you get access to so many 6.0 and 7.3 parts?

retired ford diesel tech, write your name on all warrenty turn in parts, and after 30 days they get tossed out so you take 'em home once they hit the dumpster

i have never noticed any power gains with either set of tubes, my main goal is lowered egt's as i still dont have any gauges, the overall power feels the same and it seems to pull the same on big hills

I may take you up on that. I will get the cooler in there. I was thinking of special ordering one but may be too costly. I need the Y-pipe. I may just get a kit and bite the bullit.
