Question Access to spare tire

How do I get access to my spare tire? I know where my jack is,but is there a rod with it to maybe lower the spare? How?

You can go to Ford.com, go to the owners site, register and then download the manual if you don't have one.

The Owner's Manual - A place for simple answers to simple questions.

There should be some instructions in the jack pouch.

No sense in pointing out to you where that manual is located. You probably wouldn't read this one either!

Page 254 and 255 in your owner's manual should help you out. You have to assemble the jack handle in a special way and stick it in the hole in your bumper (after you unlock it) to lower down the spare.
