My 2002 F250 7.3 keeps stalling on me. I have replaced the fuel filter and it still happens. The funny thing is, is that is will go in spurts. I will jerk 2-5 times while driving one day/stall while at an intersection at idle or run fine for 3-7 days without a problem. I thought maybe it was the fuel filter but that didn't do it. It did stall right after I replaced the filter and I could hear the gas being injected. It also always starts back up without any problems and runs fine. I am guessing maybe water in the lines or a fuel pressure problem? I look forward to your suggestions.
Yea, just a pointer, use a socket instead of a wrench. It is not hard to round off the shoulders of the bolt with a wrench.. This caveman has experience rounding things off.
Thanks for all the great information! You all have been really helpful. Hopefully this does the trick. Did you say the part is around $25? I went to autozone yesterday and they told me $150? I guess I should order it from Ford, huh?

DON'T get the aftermarket. There is a high failure rate on the aftermarkets. I put one in my truck and it was bad out of the box. If you go to the stealership they "may" have the "B" version in stock. If they have the original they will want probably 180 to 190 for that one. They are trying to push those to get them out of their inventory. If you can't find it at the stealership then order it from one of the links above.
