enertia switch location

enertia switch location
Greetings.
I have been unable to find the enertia switch on my 92 f150 and I'm about to start pulling my hair out.
Past advice has been that it is located next to the right kick panel on the firewall, also that its under the dash behind the brake pedal.
I have not found it in either location. HELP.....
