Thumbs up

WOW! Those are some serious numbers...and you want more? You have one heck of a V10!

So...can you list the mods you have? Also include the SD it is in...

Talk about a BEAST! You've got one...

How do you fare against the Diesels? I'm sure you surprise quite a few of them.

Based on these specs...stock internals, and the dyno claim of "a good old 2v V10 pput out 550hp and 650ft lbs at the rear wheels"in this thread--- I am thinking braggert troll but that is just me...

"i have a paxton blower putting about 14psi, gibson headers, dual exhaust no cats, 4.30 gears 4wd,160 thermostat, 39lb injectors, sct maf, 6.0 intercooler, on sunoco 110 race fuel, it makes 478hp 513ft lbs at the rear wheels it has a six inch lift but i race o a set of stock wheels and tires the race gas is good for half a second though and about 50 hp"

Why would you waist money on nitrous and race fuel on a heavy duty truck?

Why do some people waste a quarter mill on a car, simply because they have lots of money and love speed. I'd love to have the resources to build a hopped up V10 with supercharger and nitro. I don't care so much about top speed, I just enjoy getting to it as quickly as possible . If I ever get something besides a Super Duty it will be small with a wicked HP to Weight ratio.

I have no problem with spending money on a fast powerful car. My car is a '98 Toyota Supra Turbo. What I don't understand it taking a 3/4 ton truck with a suspention lift and trying to make it drive like a sports car. If you want a fast truck that is okay too but wouldn't a 1/2 ton 2WD truck be a better starting choice? The original poster can spend his money on whatever he wants. But personally I think he made some bad choices.

When you are competing in a certain class, or drag-racing in a certain class, it makes perfect sense.

Good. Now let it go. Seriously, there's no reason to poo-poo someone else's choice.

I could say you're totally crazy to put ANY money into a 'yota. But that's your choice

Why don't we get back on topic and let the guy post the specs, dyno number sheet and pictures of his high horsepower truck? His money...His choice and leave it at that.....
