Theres your problem.

1. Go down to your autoparts store and get a bunch of 5/16" vacuum hose and connectors.
2. Replace ANY and ALL suspect vacuum lines.
3. Clear the codes from your CM. You truck may be functioning in Limp mode once it warms up. You can remove the negative terminal from your battery for 10 mins to clear codes.
4. Fire up the beast again.

I bet your idle issue goes away and the truck will run much better. No need to post any pictures Dj. Replace the lines that are obviously broken and test any other lines.

Good Luck
Mike

Cap it off until you find out where it goes.......capping it might even fix your problem.

Try posting a wider image. Give a better idea of location. Looking at your other post I would say it goes to one of the vacuum ports on your "air control valve". Find your Thermactor pump and follow the 1" rubber hose until you come to the air control valve. mine has two vacuum lines to it I replaced one I think it was orange with rubber hose. You should be able to trace it's route with a little persistance.

DJ your other problem could still be vacuum related because that hose should go to something.

You might try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes, then going for a drive to warm it up and then check your codes again. Sometimes you get codes that don't turn on the CEL.

Are your plug wires properly routed? Do they run parrallel?

Stupid question: How do you know it is misfiring?

That should be priority number one Dj. Don't short change your wire routing.

Spend the time to do it right the first time and you won't second guess yourself later.

Good Luck
