Glenn, 206K.....I'd be leery. There's a lot of checking to do on that truck. Not only OASIS but a CarFax too.
Something to keep in mind, once the milage is beyond the 100k mark, the powertrain warrenty is long gone. Also, with that many miles, it's really hard to tell how it's been maintained (unless they can produce the previous owner or documented maintenance history) which can also be a liability.
