Hey, Kristin... I just registered, and my first time logging into the system I got logged into someone elses account. I logged out quickly, re-logged in again, and everything went OK from there.

Someone should check this issue out right away, because I could have changed this other guy's information and screwed up his account... but I would not EVER consider doing anything like that, myself!!!

I did NOT write down the other customer's name or ID, so I can't give you that information to help trace this incident.

 

Hey Pete, Yes, I ran into the same issue!!! So I have my guy working on it. Thanks for letting me know--I am copying him on your email so he knows it was not an isolated incident when it happened to me.
