Question Please Help-Trailer wiring issues/ question

Have a 2004 4x4 F-150 SuperCab.

I have replaced all of the 4 pin wiring to my boat trailer to include the grounds at the lights and at the wiring connection at the hitch. The turn signals and running lights operate normally until I hit the brake pedal at which time ALL LIGHTS go OFF! Is there a fuse that would cause this issue? I felt sure that it was a grounding issue but new ground wires havent helped. Thanks in advance.

That is a classic symptom of a bad ground. Do you have a proper ground wire in your plug-in? You cannot get a good ground through the ball.

Make sure you check the ground on your truck. The trailer has to be grounded to the truck.
