Uh oh, got a message that I hadn't posted in a while...

Hope everyone is having a good summer. I am keeping busy trying to sell my house... Anyone need a house in Omaha?!?! Had a buyer last week and they backed out a few days into it when we asked for a bank approval letter. I am beginning to think the real estate business isn't much higher on the ethical scale than used car sales. We were supposed to be moved and settled before the kids start back to school.

On a serious note, I'd like to let someone else take over as chapter leader. It's not much work, y'all stay pretty well behaved. It's been fun, but I am not much for keeping things exciting, and I think someone else should give it a shot.

 

Yea, I hear ya Rob. I had one of those little reminders pop up the other day too....

Hey Jake, you must have missed the post last month...

I traded the Ranger on a new Ford 500. Got tired of the un-resolved problems with the truck. I ended up selling my old truck too, plan to get another one after we get moved and I hopefully get a place with a large garage.

 

Well Rob, you know I saw that post about your Ranger and knew that it was gone. I just didn't know you sold your old one too......I hope it went to a good home. It looked pretty clean and straight for a 73-79!!!!

Hey Guys, sorry I haven't been on for a while. Just got back from a week and a half on Vacation. Wandered off to Myrtle Beach, SC. Managed another 3,210 miles on the '06. I hate to see you step down Rob. But that is your choice. I guess we'll have to see about voting for another leader.

I know the real estate market sucks in Omaha right now. A few people in our neighborhood have had their houses up for sale for months!
