92 Clubwagon EGR Problem

God Knows I need Help I just spent over 600.00 in parts and still not fix here is the problem. I have a 92 clubwagon with an 5.8 motor I keep getting the check engine light on and I have replaced the EGR Sensor, EGR Valve,EGR Tube, and I am still getting the same codes #327 EGR Circuit voltage low # 328 EGR Voltage low # 332 EGR Valve not opening Now HELP I dont know where to look or correct this problem.

I have the same problem, not sure if it is a glitch in the wiring or what, I replaced my EGR sensor and solenoid that is on the driver side of the motor. My EGR checked ok, so I am not sure what the deal is. before I changed the stuff the CEL would come on and stay on longer before it would go off, now it will come on every now and then but go off within a few mins. I have been ignoring the light, I guess if it starts bugging me alot I will pull the bulb. My cat is in bad shape thou and not sure if that would cause it even that it is part of the system.

327 - You may have lost the preload on the EVP sensor.
OR
Other possible causes:
Damaged EVP sensor.
Damaged EGR valve.
Open harness.
Grounded harness.
Damaged processor.

328 - Because of the preload of the EVP sensor it is very difficult to determine whether the EGR valve has malfunctioned or the EVP sensor has an abnormally high resistance.

Possible causes:
Poor continuity in EVP sensor harness or connectors.
Damaged EGR valve.
Damaged EVP sensor.
Damaged processor.

332 - indicates the PFE/DPFE sensor output to the processor did not change when the EVR solenoid directs vacuum to the EGR valve as commanded by the processor.

Possible causes are:
Vacuum hose leaks.
Obstructed vacuum hoses.
Damaged EVR solenoid.
Damaged PFE/DPFE sensor.
Damaged EGR valve.

Ok Thanks Guys for your help I did replace the sensor on top of the EGR valve I not sure if it is the EVP sensor I know there is a EGR vacuum Sensor on the driver side should i spend the 60 bucks and replace it ??? also where do i find the PFE/DPFE sensor ?? The Van runs great until 35 mph then it shakes and runs poor and smell gas until after 45 mph then it just shakes a little but is sure eats gas and @ 3.59 per gal it hurts

Yes the EVP is the sensor that is mounted on top of the EGR valve. I suggest you check to see if the problems with it running is consistent with the throttle position or more with speed. A common problem that will affect gas mileage is a plugged cat, have you heard any rattling or noises coming from the cat? If you have It's not uncommon to say it's plugged up.

the problem is that it is not getting enough volts to the sensor is what the codes say the only noise it makes is when giving it more gas you hear spark knock ( sounds like a diesel)

Not sure what to tell you if it were mine I would put my breakout box on it and start checking voltages.
But you may not have either and just throwing parts at it is not going to cut it ($$$).
I have found a Breakout Box ($110.00 ebay) and a DVM ($50.00-100.00) are much cheaper than taking it someplace or throwing parts at it.
You would also need the POWERTRAIN CONTROL/EMISSIONS
DIAGNOSIS manual for your truck or car.

OK Thanks I will look into it I was thinking I did cut off the hood light bc it was broken so i cut it off and taped the wires i am now wondering if that is causing the open circit or low volts to the EGR sensor so I thinking i should replace the hood light bc it seem that the problem started after i did that i wouldnt think that a hood light would cause it to run poor but who knows.

The hood light is on a 12-Volt system that is separate from the emission sensors.
The sensors use a 5-Volt supply system from the PCM.

The EGR valve is opened by vacuum from a vacuum solenoid. The EGR Vacuum solenoid (EVR) is grounded by the PCM Computer and is fed 12 Volts from the PCM Power Relay.

The EGR Valve Position Sensor (EVP) gets a 5-Volt reference voltage from the 5-Volt Regulator inside the PCM Computer.

Here is an electrical diagram of your wiring for the EVP sensor.
Notice that the Brown wire with a white stripe is the 5-Volt Reference voltage from pin #26 of the EEC Computer (PCM).
You can also check the voltage on this wire at the other sensors in the wiring diagram.
