Thru 1969, if there's no 3rd digit of the AXLE code, the truck has the standard equipment front axle.

1966 F600 standard equipment front axle has a 5,000 lbs. capacity.

C3TZ-3111-A .. King Pin Kit / Obsolete ~ 26 available NOS - OP's location is just plain 'ol US so I cannot tell him where the closest source to where he resides...is.
