I get the same "invalid attachment" error message.

 

OK. I don't have a site to host it on. PM me with your email address and I'll email you the PDF. If someone can post it somewhere and then provide a link that'd be great.

You can upload the PDF as an attachment to your post, Andy. That way it's permanently available thru FTE.
