1/4 mile times

While it does give a respectable seat of the pants feel good performance, I don't really think too many of us here are racing our V-10. Since it only comes in the F-250 and larger, the heavy trucks are not much in the 1/4 mile. The aftermarket is not much help in the speed factor, very limited products out there. Plus Ford pretty much tuned the motor to it's peak performance limits. Far from being a Lightning.
However if you are looking for deep down hauling/towing grunt, that is capable of giving you a few hundred thousand miles (provided you maintain it) you have found your animal.
If you are looking for a Superduty truck that will blow the 1/4 mile, then the Powerstroke would fit the bill. However there are a number of tuned PSD's out there that have blown more than just the 1/4 mile. As well as a growing number of PSD owners that are learning the "If you are going to play, you going to pay" rule.

i have a paxton blower putting about 14psi, gibson headers, dual exhaust no cats, 4.30 gears 4wd,160 thermostat, 39lb injectors, sct maf, 6.0 intercooler, on sunoco 110 race fuel, it makes 478hp 513ft lbs at the rear wheels it has a six inch lift but i race o a set of stock wheels and tires the race gas is good for half a second though and about 50 hp

The only issue is the crankshaft when you get way up in the boost ... the V10 crank snout will not take the power required to turn the blower. Someone did actually make a support bearing for it... a while back.

Yeah, but a stock Lightning only makes 8lbs of very efficiently intercooled, boost on a 8.2:1 engine. And most guys that I know won't go over about 12lbs or so w/ stock internals. I'm curious about the 6.0L intercooler. Is it air-air or air-water? The Lightning is a air-water and will usually drop 80-100 degrees from the intake temps.
