77red4x4 The truck looks really nice! Is that rustoleum? What is the name of the red you used.

Yes. It was Sunrise Red. Almost a perfect match for the original color.

PO had "extended" the bumper mounts and made himself a winch mount. Didn't do a bad job, really, especially considering what a new winch bumper would cost.

I considered having it cut back down but haven't done it yet. I might leave it on--it may be the only thing that saves my grille if I get in an accident (on road or off ). Plus he put some black diamond plate where the winch wasn't so there's a good place to stand while I'm working under the hood.

Good job. I don't like yellow, but it looks much better than before.

About fifteen years ago I took the work stake body home. Wet sand blasted the bed, and rolled on Rustoleum primer Friday night. Saturday I rolled on Rustoleum gloss black with a Lambs wool roller, put another coat on Sunday. It poured down rain on it Monday on the way to work and all day. Looked at it on Tuesday and it was so shiny you could of shaved using the finish. The Rustoleum wasn't off the shelf, I got it from Grainger, it seems it had a hardener. PS don't know how it aged, as I got fired about four weeks later, told I wasn't dedicated enough to my work. In other words I made too much money.
