Suspended Glycerin?

I made a 40 gal batch, and it looked great, but when I let it sit over night, the next day, it seemed to have glycerin floating in it, big blobs all the way down to the bottom, but the weird thing is, I pulled off a sample jar and sat it be side the drum, and even though it came out of the drum, it looks fine. Is this too much lye? I've never seen anything look like that. Or could this have something to do with not enough methanol? How does the amount of methanol make a difference? I made a test batch with 10% and it reacted, but took longer to settle out than the 20% I normally use. I have always used 20% for all my batches, but figured it the test batch reacted, it would save me half the cost, but now this? What does this mean? Can it be fixed, or is the batch ruined?

Incomplete reaction.........NEVER EVER GO LESS THAN 16 %!!

Trying to save money on Methanol is fine, just recover it AFTER the reaction.

Yes, you can save it, just heat it back up, and add the remaining methanol.
