Does anyone know where one of these can be purchased?

I thought that all of the replacement Gerotor oil pumps had aluminum bodies. The only cast iron ones I know of are the spur gear type.

I purchased a new cast iron rotor type pump a few years ago. It had a casting flaw in the cap so needed to be replaced. At that time I searched for an aluminum unit without luck. If they are made I would like to have one.

Thanks -- I want one of those! The gerotor pumps are superior. Where did you get the iron one?

Sorry but no help. The pump came from a machine shop that put together my motor back in the midwest. I dont know who supplied it to them, and the shop is no longer around. Tried to find them this last winter while in KS.

I checked the NAPA site. Looking at their picture, they sell a gear type oil pump, and a repair kit for a rotor type oil pump. A complete gerorotor pump is not shown.

Thanks. I already have a good cast iron gear pump. My opinion on the aluminum Gerotor pump was based on Ford using aluminum for their stock pumps.

Regarding NAPA, I'm guessing that what they have is a repair kit that has a sleeve for the outer ring gear?
