Where to get those 6 big bolts and nuts ?

Question Where to get those 6 big bolts and nuts ?
Should the upper control arm nuts and bolts be replaced ? They don't seem to hold after replacing the arms bushings.

Locktite thread lock will hold any nut and bolt in place.
