I don't know about you but I like letting people see me in my truck. Now the less vain reason. Often when I park it people look in at the truck, asdmire and comment on it. If windows were tinted it would be harder to see. Just my 2 cents. Kurt G.

My rear window is tinted fairly dark. My truck is very dark so the tint looks good and doesn't stand out. My side windows are original but have a slight tint, not clear like the others. The tint is in the glass and not put on by some film. I personally love the tinted windows. People can still see my interior if they want to, and the back window keeps the sun off my back and also keeps the interior much cooler.

Show trucks are only outside at shows. The rest of the time they are garaged. Someone with a show truck will want the interior to be visible. Tinted glass can mask interior features/colors.

The best thing is to have tinted glass on a daily driver, as tinted glass dulls the rays of the sun that can cause interiors to fade, and leather to crack. It also keeps interiors cooler, and reduces glare while driving.

Mine is a daily driver now, so I tinted mine. I have been driving mine all weekend and put it in the show with windows down. Oh...by the way you have to open the doors on mine, or step up on the side board to see in anyway!

I did tint in my panel; it's a daily driver & tinting is practical.

It would depend on vehicle laws. In Saskatchewan it is illegal to have the drivers and front passenger windows tinted. It's okay to have tint on rear doors of a 4 door but our trucks don't have more than 2 doors normally. So I would be only able to tint the rear window and 3" on the front.
