What is the aluminium pannel on the tailgate of my 95 f150 xlt called and where can I get another one?

 

likely call some wreckers and ask if they have the trim panel for your year of truck would be your best bet

Local boneyards are a good idea!!

 

Man how I'd love to get one of those in mint shape on the cheap... Mine has several dents and it really brings down the appearance of my otherwise nice looking truck Just ain't worth $400.

I know of 2 nice ones but the plastic strip is coming off both . As for the wreckers since you live in south you might find one . But they are sold just as quick as they get them . The all the yards I deal with don't buy anything older than 98 now . Its a rust thing. But good luck on search

Still too much for my budget I'd much rather spend ~$300 on mods than on a cosmetic thing that isn't really necessary.
