99 Expy wont start

99 Expy wont start

This is weird. Was driving....First the radio goes out, along with the instrument panel, power windows. Noticed AC was getting warm so just the fan was blowing air. Engine was starting to hesitate at stop lights...etc
Made it home, started checking fuses, notice clicking noises from fuse panel, also dome lights turning on & off.
All fuses looked good....Went to start engine. All I got was clicking sounds, with no to little engine turnover. Huh ???

Might want to check battery voltage, could be battery or alt. trouble

Has it rained lately in your area? Might be a GEM module.

It hasn't rained lately, however I did wash it last week by hand. The first hand washing in a looong time. The alternator tested good, same with the batt. I'm leaning towards the GEM.

Any idea how much the dealer will charge to have the GEM looked at. And repair or replace?

My local Lincoln Mercury dealership replaced My GEM and reinstalled the front windshield (a leak near the driver's side is usually the culprit for a bad GEM) for $840 total.
