Looking for a front spindle for possibly 1964 Econoline van
Have a 1969-70 Cord Replicar made by SAMCO with evidently a Ford Chassis
Found a forged number on the Front axle (straight I-Beam) that is stamped C5TA but unable to find tag number. The passenger side spindle has been broken and it has a Forged number C4UA on the lower kingpin mount but no part number. The arm to the tie rod has a complete part number C4UA-3131-A. Therefore based on fords decipher codes it appears to have been a spindle from 1964 Ford Econoline. Unable to locate the spindle anywhere here yet and need some help!
Thanks Bill Bowers

The only C5TA axle stamping that matches your criteria is the front axle used on 1961/67 Econoline E100's. The entire stamped number is: C5TA-3010-E (2100 lb axle capacity) and all of that number should be there. The 3010-E portion may be elsewhere on the axle. While the axle is the same 1961/67, the spindles ARE NOT. You need a spindle from a 1964/67 E100.
C4UZ-3105-A .. Right Spindle
C4UZ-3106-A .. Left Spindle
I know the Glenn Pray Cord 8/10's (so called because it was 8/10th the size of an original, the Pray version used the Royalite body) used Ford parts, but what the actual frame is from, I haven't a clue. It might be from an early 1966/77 Bronco. The Bronco's from this time period have a wheelbase of 92 inches. I know the frame is not from an Econoline, because Econolines from 1961 thru 1974 are uni-bodies.
NOTE: I just found a new (NOS) spindle for this person, he has been emailed and told where to get it.
