Who needs proggies?

I have bee looking around for the last two weeks and this chapter falls apart with lack of good topics. Since we ALL use a computer and we ALL have issues with them... why not give oneminizut a buzzz? Free of charge. I'm bored with re-writing someone elses code. Tell me what you need. No jokes Rex!

The Chapter does not fall apart due to lack of intersting threads! We are currently averaging over 31 posts per thread!...Take a look at the rest of FTE

Not being mean, just proud of our chapter!

WARNING! THIS IS NOT A JOKE: Write me a program that will trim tree limbs 20ft and higher up in the air. Damn trees are leaning over my road and will fall over! Damn polesaws are $500! Already bought a dam 14ft orchard ladder and am tired o' buying tree krap from sharpening files to bulldozers! Any language will do.

WARNING! WARNING! will robinson

If you supply the robotic parts I will try working on the brain, and my own... at the same time? Sounds like quite a job. Still picking up and cutting from the winter storms huh? I just about gave up on it now that I have the front and side yards clear.

Yeah, I didn't mean it how it sounded. I was trying to fire the place up. When I first came to this chapter I was getting an overload of emails from subscribed threads. Now it seems I get maybe 10 a day.

lol, on a different tree I was on that ladder using a 10ft long pruner (manual) and was trying to go just a branch higher. Strreeeeetch, leaaaaan out, then whoosh the ladder spun off the tree and I was left hanging on to the tree trunk ~26ft up. Crap! Had to shinny my butt down the trunk over the branch-stubs that I'd just trimmed off, that felt pretty good.

Now I tie the ladder to the trunk, my doh!

I should be loading ubuntu on my old system when I get it back from the friend I loaned it to in a few days. Thanks for that by the way John. Have played with it off the CD and can't hardly wait ta load it and have ya help me set it up for the net. Haven't asked Starband if they have drivers for it. Didn't see anything for Broadband on the CD. Gotta have Internet and Flight Sim and Bill Gates can kiss my..... Dog. HAAAA
