Question A/C and heat not working in rear vents

I have a 2001 Explorer Sport Trac. I have vents located in the rear of the vehicle for the back seats. The front vents work fine, they blow the correct temperature that I set them to. However, when I turn on the rear vents, which are supposed to blow the same temp. air, they do not. They blow air, but seems like they are only blowing the outside air. Any suggestions?

Man, you are having a tough time with that one. I would suspect a bad motor. Anyone else want to jump in?
