Holley manufactured for Ford/Motorcraft
Can anyone out there tell me anything or show a schematic of the following carb.
E5ZE-9510-GA
LIST- 50265

HOLLEY MANUFACTURED FOR FORD/MOTORCRAFT
This carb currently sits atop a 1972 302. I found this out from the block number, that is hidden behind starter.
Thanks, Crown

Carb is from a 1985 Mustang, it wasn't used on trucks. A Ford dealer or NAPA can take that Ford carb ID tag and sell you any of the carb parts you need. Since the number isn't in the truck parts catalog, I can't do anything other than ID it.

As some of you may recall, I am the original owner of a 1985 GT "stick" Mustang. My car is 100% STOCK save for the competition plus Hurst shifter. The car still wears the OEM Holley and has part number E5ZE-9510-GA with a list number 50265.
The Holley rebuild kits for this have changed a few times over the years. At one time 3-1369 was the recommened kit for the application. The label on this kit stated 1983-87 Ford Truck.
This 3-1369 kit has been replaced with the currently available 3-1346 "Renew Kit". Hopes this helps. I hear a lot of comments about how expensive these kits are. As a service to you, I just got off the phone with Summit. They have (4) kits in stock @ $39.99 US. As a side note I would point out these kits come with a #125.210 two stage power valve. The cost of this two stage power valve if purchased alone is currently $27.99 US. In this light, it makes these kits look rather economical. I would also like to mension that the last time I had my Holley apart, I swapped out the OEM power valve for the 125.211 power valve. This swap drastically improved the drivability of the car. The gas milage also took a hit too, but not bad. I still get like 16 in town and 23 highway. Believe it or not when the car was about 3 years old I took a road trip right before I changed out the OEM "gatorbacks". I ran like 45 psi in these "Z" rated tires on two lane road across 3 states. I was in no hurry and didn't break 45 MPH. I was very pleased to see 32+ Miles/Gallon. FACT!!!!!!!
Hope this answers your question about carb renew kits for 85 GT mustangs.

Wow!!!!
Well I rebuilt the carb and installed a new fuel pump. Dumped fuel down the throat and turn it over. This little 302 jumped to life. Who ever had this motor before me must have installed a mild cam. This 302 is a monster and runs great. Again thanks for all the intel it helped a lot. Now I've got to pull this motor and put it in the 70 F100 I'm building.
Thanks, Crown
