Transmission question again

Asked question about overdrive possibility for 1987 F150. Absolutely no response either way. Thanks guys. I won't bother you again.

It's a 302 with a C6 auto. The transmission is having problems. If I have to replace it, I would like to go with a 4 spd overdrive. I'm looking for information on what would be the easiest conversion. Surely someone has tried this before. Thanks

you can put 4 speed o/d trans in your truck but you would need all the stuff to go with the trans wireing and linkage and comp.maybe drive shaft
