well hopefully this will help improve my mileage. just droped about $2k into my bad boy in repairs. 
4 wheel drive was stuck. that sucked. hubs wouldnt unlock. now i gotta figure out how to change the fuel filter.

I took the MAF assembly off the filter housing to clean it. The MAF on my 04' has 3 small wires in it. Best to take of the whole thing to clean from diff angles. I used the CRC MAF cleaner, I just spent the $7 and decided not to take the chance buy using something else to clean it. I don't think your supposed to touch the wires with anything to clean them, I didn't.
I got 14.75mpg (Very Surprising to Me) in my 04' V10 SC on Sat with the A/c on low and going up a and over the mountains, but I was babying it due to the fog. You should easily get 14mpg running 65mph unloaded on the highway.
