Not sure what to think of this 1950

The thing is for a stock 1 ton, you can't drive it daily really, and if you go to that extreme you would never want to risk brining it out, I don't know.

Its a 1950 1ton on ebay.

I like the color scheme of the truck. I have a box already, just not the rest of the truck.

Nope, nope, too much of a high dollar museum piece/garage queen like you are saying!
That`s getting into the price range of a fairly nice PSD which is a totally different beast but more to my liking.
In this year of truck a 1/2 ton would be more fun.

Looking real nice, but a little rich for my taste. I have a half ton without box (or motor) to go woth your box Glen. Mind you it's a '52

Hey Morris and Snow, What are you doing on here at 2:30? I'm on night shift and taking a much needed brake, but you guys are at home. Go to bed!

Stiffer suspension, oxcart ride, turning circle almost as bad as the Queen Mary.

Reminds me of a line from a 1960's C&W tune: "Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around...it's the easiest way that I've found."

Looks like the front seat upholstery needs some attention, and the steering wheel has several large cracks. I wonder what else was "missed" in the 2001 restoration?

That sure is a nice truck though. I wonder if it is worth that price, or is the guy just dreaming?

Those guys from manitoba, there must be something wrong with them!

That was for you full

I have enough projects on my plate now. The box I have actually needs a lot of TLC. It maybe a good donor box for some one. Right now it storing abunch of car parts in it. Rims, hubcaps, Old Mcglaukin parts. Etc,

"give me 40 sticks of dynamite and I'll blow this thing to ****. We have all been there and that is a great old truckin song.

According to my record the "Willis brothers" sing that song.

Oh and about the 1ton:
Not too mention getting passed by semi's and and the odd old grain truck.

Your dad must be into C&W music in a big way Ryan and you have a great memory.
Neat song by the way.
