Makes me wonder, first the mindless turkey chops it and then dares to stuff a 600+ lb boat anchor for an engine.
All this to a classic 56, an American icon?????

That price is wrong, they forgot the decimal point. It's not $7000, but $70.00.

$70.00 is almost too much. Someone got a Sawzall for Xmas, and couldn't wait to try it out. You know why it'll never be completed...the glass won't fit, and nothing will ever line up.

What a friggin idiot!

Yeah, what a shame, some guys like me would kill for a truck like that, before the "custom" work was done.

Yeah me too. I guess for the right price, a guy could buy it and restore the cab. Or get a different cab. Would never go for the right price though!

Wink

If ya are really interested in a 56. My neighbor has a stock small window with I6 and 3 on the tree. Runs and drives. Has rust in all the right places. Wood running boards and most of the bed wood gone. Price is 4k firm. Body is arrow straight, needs rockers and cab corners. Floor is sound. Bright work is fair. Be cheaper to get it to Rupert from here than Seattle Preppy. And yes ya can drive her home.

We have a spare 56 cab that`s rusted in the cab corners/floor with a perfect roof but it still would be a lot of work to rescue this one. Chances it has rust in the same areas.
