They can be exciting and disappointing too.
A friend of mine is one of their biggest fans and I don`t have the heart to tell him these jokes:
What do you call 47 peeople sitting around a TV watching the Grey Cup?

What do the Sask Roughriders and possums have in common?
Both get killed on the road and play dead at home...
I really hope this is their year though!

I'm a big Rider fan! I have season tickets, this will be my third season. My brother in-law comes down from Saskatoon and we go to every home game. It can be a blast when they are winning and a real bummer when they are not! I hope they will have a good season but with all the changes there will be a big learning curve to start the year!

Im not much of either watcher or player i do enjoy playing it for fun with family friends watching it uhh somewhat hardly

The Roughriders are like the Blue Jays, the Leafs and Montreal C, just when they`re on a small roll they faulter.
The Jays just finished a 9 game losing streak.
At least Canada capped off a remarkable world hockey championship run by winning the gold on Sunday, with a 4-2 victory over Finland. Canada didn`t lose in a game in the tournament, beating nine separate countries by a combined score of 41-21. This team was one of the youngest professional teams Canada had ever assembled for world hockey.

At this time of the year with the playoffs NHL is ok, Sens up 3 games to none over the team I love to hate......Buffalo! I`m hoping/looking for a sweep!
