Gtg

We should try for another GTG. Lets take our time so we can get as many chapter members together. There is a car show on the May long weekend. Or maybe we should plan it for a different weekend.

Im in for a GTG. I liked the whole 4x4in Idea, but a car show would make more sence.

I'm not into the "car show" scene... not owning a show car... BUT if we attend something like that we'd need signage and probably a hand-out.

I'm happy to just meet during a no-stress come-as-you-are coffee like the last time.

May long isn't the best time for me as I usually take off to go quadding, but if I'm the lone dissenter then feel free to have it that weekend and I'll catch the next one.

Well I think we could make it a normal weekend too. As for having a meet at a car show, we dont have to, and we also wouldnt have to do anything but have a meet between members. We need to organize ourselves before we start trying to organize something bigger!

Any idea where to have a coffee type thing flatdeck?

Well, I don't mind going for a drive...

Let's see where most of the respondents are, and pick a place that's convenient for most. I'm in the Tri-Cities.

How about an Island GTG, maybe after one of these events?
May 27, 2007 Ford Spring Spectacular in Parksville.
June 10 swap meet in Parksville, in the park near the beach.
July 14-15 Duncan antique truck show.

Where exactly is the tri cities flatdeck?
A meet on the island would be cool, but crossing the ferry is expensive!

I am in Langley. Why don't we go to dinner somewhere like a pub or restaurant that we we could talk and have a couple of beers together

For me I will just post up when I am coming down again. With the cost of gas I am looking at at least $200 one way in my rig, so it will most likely get tied onto a work trip so the travel is paid.

I would rather not do it on a long weekend but any other day is ok as long as it's after 6 during the week.

Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody are known as the "Tri-Cities". At least to those living in them!
