In Henry Ford's first company, he butted heads constantly with partners who wanted to build luxury cars for higher profit. Henry eventually eventually negotiated a separation that included him keeping the rights to the Model T and the Ford name. The old company had to select a new name and start building luxury cars. Their new name anyone?
