2nd blown spark plug

I did one about 4 weeks ago on a 2000 town car for my brothers step son. 4.6 same right rear cyl. I used HELI COIL. Ive done alot of motorcyles with this kit and never had a problem with them. My brother also did his daughters nissan. same problem blown out plug. Its not the end of the world!

CMK, the facts are that they sell thousands of these kits for blown plugs on the triton and 4.6L engines, as told to me by the lead engineer at timesert. Ive personally had 2 blow, I changed the plugs myself, used antisieze and torqed them according tot he service manual. Ive also changed well over a thousand plugs on every make and model car and truck you can think of, and I've never seen this happen on another stock engine. I dont know what other facts you could need, its a known problem. I'm not trying to disagree with someone, so I'm not sure why you have such skepticism.
As an addendum, I got the kit and succesfully installed it. The hour long quarter turn drilling with a ratchet under the cabin intake there was not fun, but it got the job done.

right out the exhaust, haha. Although I did spray some break cleaner to clean the threads and then ran the engine with the fuel injector unplugged for about 10 sec to blow anything out the top. Also you pack the flutes of the reaming tools with grease and it does a pretty good job of catching 90% of the metal.
