There was a leak with the EVAP system. I replaced all 3 sections of hose than went from the intake manifold to the EVAP canister purge valve. Drove it for 60 miles w/o shutting it off....(yes, I managed to keep a 5-speed from dying through several stoplights and stopsigns for a little over an hour!), and the light didn't come back on, and I had to make another small trip, and still no check engine light.

That was a problem n mine the battery had corroded 2 lines that run under the battery tray finally fixed. Now it's the IAC on my truck mayb I will fix it tomorrow
