Thumbs up The very durable 2004 F-150

This is more of a comment rather than a question Really it's very high praise to Ford for building such a great pickup.
Recently I was traveling on the freeway and some total idiot just had to race to the front of the long line of traffic by cutting of as many drivers as he could in the process. He was in a much bigger hurry than anyone else one the road that day and I was the very last one he cut off. because I didn't run the car next to me off the road so he could pass he got upset with me and proceeded to run me off the highway at 70mph!!! Upon my re-entry to the pavement off a very soft dirt shoulder I lost control and witnesses to the crash said we rolled 7-9 times in about 100 feet. I had my 18 year old daughter with me at the time.

We walked away with some pretty major bruises but nothing else.

I just want to say Thank You to Ford for building such a durable truck. That was my second Ford truck and thanks to this I am about to buy my third.

Have a great day all.

Glad to hear you’re alright, these new F-150’s hold up in a crash much better then the previous generations. What cab style did you have?

I really hope they got the guy.

Glad you all are ok. You should of hit the guy, you would probably be better off and perhaps of gotten a little "poetic justice."

Hope you and your daughter thanked the Lord for looking out for you two, and thank Ford for a solid frame and passenger compartment, and seat belts and air bags. Trucks can be replaced, but not you or your loved ones.

You are very lucky, and I am glad that you and your daughter are OK. I hope karma catches up with that person that caused the wreck.
