what tranny is this. 1985 f250

i have an 85 f250 with a 6.9 and a 4 spd tranny. what is this tranny. is it any good

awsome, it has no shift **** on it, not sure if it is a granny but i think it is. i can start out in the 1st 2 gears very easy

the shifter bent or straight and tappered fatter at the floor? looking at the trans is it steel looking or alumn.?
