Radio removal/installation, need some help/info

So im taking out my stock headunit in my 08 f250. Im wondering if that wood grain panel that is infront of the radio is held in by all snaps and you just yank it off or if there is skrews somewhere that are hidden and if so where? How do you get this wood gain panel off? I got the panasonic CQ-VD7003U 7" touchscreen and i also got the PAC SWI-X steering wheel radio control interface so i can still use my factory controls on my steering wheel with my panasonic headunit. Its going to be the first time ill be installing something like this steering wheel interface and im wondering how you do it, has anyone done this installation before? If so can you give me some details how to do it. Thanks in advance, i appreciate your help.

p.s. im also looking for a sub box that will fit behind these back seats in the new 08 f250's.. if anyone is selling their system or has dimensions or any info on how i should do this, please let me know...

There are 2 screws hidden near the bottom of the panel. On the lower left and right of the panel the 2 inserts on the left is the aux input and the left is the cigarette lighter. These to black inserts need to be poped out using something that wont damage the surface. If you look close there is a slot in the middle bottom of each. Once the inserts are removed there is a screw behind each one. Once you have the screws out it is all snaps so just start pulling.....gently.

p.s. As for the PAC-SWI I have one as well and haven't got it to work yet so if you find anything out let me know.

I have the one specific to Pioneer and Sony that plugs in to the back of the radio. The issue I had was I guess I'm connected to the wrong wire because it wasn't receiving the signals from the steering wheel while I was trying to program it.

Hanging_Heels, Did you find anything out when you installed? Just wondering if you got it working. I need to pull mine back apart and see if I can get it figured out. Probably something stupid like a bad connection. I connected to pin 18 in the main plug for the steering wheel controls. That was what was in the instructions that came with the adapter for every other vehicle that used the same radio.
