If I was in Saskatoon I probably wouldn't drive down for it unless I was going to the Majestics anyway as they are both in the exhibition grounds. It is put on by the Regina Antique Auto Association so most of the stuff is for older vehicles. There usually is some performance/muscle car stuff but not much.
I can't make on saturday because I will be working but, a fellow I know will be trying to sell a Packard hubcap of mine. I found it in the garden shed when I was moving in. Anyway I was planning on going to the car show on Sunday afternoon.
Judging by the style of the hubcab I am guessing it is from the early to mid 50's. The fellow I gave it to is into that sort of stuff and he had never seen one either. I guess we will see if it is worth anything, not that it matters.
The draggins is talking about next year having a swap meet along with the show in the neighboring building at prairieland next year. They had such a good success this year. They made $86,000 on ticket sales on the 65 Pontiac they were raffling.
