Accessory mounting brackets, engine mount set up, exhaust all have to be 300 I-6 to fit do it since FE stuff is different and will not interchange. If you have an A/T you will need one to fit a 300 I-6 also. Good news, you can find an AOD that work in there.
Otherwise you will just need the right bellhousing and clutch friction plate to couple your manual transmission to 300 I-6 configuration. Again the FE bellhousing will not interchange.
