NP 208 Leaking

NP 208 Leaking
I have an '86 F-150 4x4 with a leaking transfer case. The NP 208 is leaking from the split line where the two pieces connect together. I am thinking about breaking it apart and resealing it. Any tech tips or anything I should be aware of? Thanks!

I had to break mine apart to repair it a while back and not that big a deal. Just use some good rtv sealant and make sure everything is clean. O there is no gasket for it just use the sealant and that is it. good luck
